Authentic Vietnamese Soul Bowl
What our guests are saying
I eat a lot of pho and I will always try pho any place any time. My friend lives in BA and told me this was her favorite place so I had to try it out when I visited. I didn’t have high hopes as I live in HTX and I feel like there’s just so much culture there. I was pleasantly surprised and blown away by how good everything was. I have been back 2 days in a row and idk if 3 days in a row is a little too excessive lol. I always judge pho by the broth first and how much/how tender the meat is. Broth is 10/10. So many layers of deep rich flavor. The beef is tender but could be a larger portion size. They also have amazing fruit teas and drinks (which I was surprised by). I got the super fruit tea and it’s perfect as is. Also, I gobbled the pork skewers up so fast, I didn’t get a photo but just trust and believe they were delicious!! If you’re in the area or you reside here and never tried it, please do yourself a favor and go

Located in the hip Rose District of BA, this joint just opened up, so as most people do, we went to try it out. We were greeted right away at the door and got seated right away. We got the crab rangoon, the dac biet fried rice, the pork banh mi, and of course the flagship dish, pho. The crab rangoon was typical and it's what you would expect. My toddler liked it, so A+. The banh mi was good, and here's why. We've all been there. You buy a banh mi and biting into the French bread feels like biting into a piece of leather. Your jaw gets tired after a while. Well, this banh mi was the opposite of that. The bread was extremely soft and fresh, and of course the rest of the toppings followed. It's all in the bread! The one thing I will have to complain about, and really it's not even that big of a deal, is that the sandwich was missing jalapeños. The fried rice was good with a nice mix of everything. We certainly enjoyed it and our toddler didn't seem to mind. Now, onto the pho. I got the large dac biet. Good amount of protein to balance out the carbs. The broth was savory and honestly it's top 3 in the Tulsa metro. I downed that broth! A++ for the pho. I would recommend checking it out.

This was our first time trying it, and we were blown away from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine friendliness, which instantly set the tone. The restaurant itself was spotless clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Now for the food… incredible. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue, and my wife got the steak pho, and both dishes were packed with rich, authentic flavor. You can really tell they care about quality and tradition in every bite. The egg rolls were perfectly crispy and a great addition to the meal. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it’s safe to say we’ve found our new go-to spot. Hands down one of the best places for pho and Vietnamese cuisine in town. Highly recommend!

This place is the real deal. The pho is authentic. They did not shortcut the broth. The ban mhi was good but no pate. It is a little pricey but probably bc of location
